Sophie is a senior at Hudson High School and a first-year writer for The Explorer. With over twelve years of experience in cheerleading, she’s passionate about teamwork, creativity, and school spirit qualities she also brings into her writing. Outside of cheer, Sophie enjoys photography and creating content while capturing everyday moments that tell a story, whether it’s on the sidelines or around campus.

As a new journalist, Sophie plans to focus her writing on topics like student life, fashion, pop culture, and social trends that connect with her peers. Sophie will be graduating a semester early, where she plans to attend Florida Atlantic University, where she hopes to major in marketing and sports communications.
