Alani, a very popular brand of energy drinks, offer a wide variety of flavor options that are beloved by caffeine drinkers. With no sugar and gluten inside of the drink, many think that Alani’s are good for you, but consuming so much caffeine so often can cause serious health problems over time.

She is From New York and moved to Hudson roughly 4 years ago right when covid started leaving her with lots of freetime to write!
