Ava is a Junior at Hudson High School. This is her first year writing for The Explorer. Ava enjoys spending her free time painting, reading, running, playing the guitar and listening to music. Ava plays for the Hudson High School girls lacrosse team and manages the Hudson High School girls field hockey team. She also loves spending time with her friends and exploring the outdoors any chance she gets. Ava participates in the Outdoor Society club at school and is a member of National Honor Society and National Art Honor Society. Ava has also been a committee member for the 100 Girls Strong organization for the past three years. Ava is looking forward to writing for The Explorer and hopefully continuing her journalism career in the future.
