Kacey Thomas is a senior and a second year journalism student for The Explorer. She is looking forward to ending her high school career with the fun and creativity that’s incorporated into this class. In her free time, Kacey likes to spend time with her friends more than anything. She doesn’t like staying in one place for too long, so she enjoys traveling to see her family in Missouri and Florida. Kacey also loves being educated in areas outside of the classroom. Her favorite things to read are self-help and psychology books. Talking to Strangers by Malcolm Gladwell is one of her favorite reads that she recommends.
