![Sophomore Gabriela Skomra is not only in band, but is also involved in numerous other activities. She puts things into perspective when it comes to stereotypes. “While some stereotypes in many cases appear to be true from the surface level, I think that they often prevent us or cause us to stay away from certain people instead of meeting them and getting to know who they really are. While there are some patterns in that generalization, it doesn’t really describe everybody and who they truly are.
