Yago is a junior and is a Spanish exchange student. This is his first year writing for The Explorer, although he has already written articles in Spain. Yago has always liked journalism and politics. For him, journalism is a way to express his opinions and report on current issues from another point of view. He believes that the press is the fourth power of the state and the one that controls that the politicians are working for the citizens. One of Yago's strengths is public speaking and debating ideas. Apart from politics, he likes to spend his free time watching series, hanging out with friends or editing videos. In the future, he would like to study something related to economics and law.
